Starting his professional journey as a Tanning Salon Bed Cleaner, John-David embarked on a remarkable path of growth. Over the course of his 5+ year career, he became an indispensable asset, marked by his ability to assist in the merger of two large, competing companies, and shape the customer service department for Palm Beach Tan Inc, which eventually led him to the vibrant city of Los Angeles. This is where the experience on the West Coast provided invaluable insights into the multifamily industry.

John-David didn't stop at helping others build their real estate businesses; he ventured into the field himself, facing the challenges of starting, succeeding, and even failing at his own real estate ventures. Managing a $62 million dollar asset in San Francisco, he gained a deep appreciation for the importance of community and learned the art of building it from the ground up—quite literally and reshaping it when things inevitable shift course.

After a three-year hiatus, John-David made a triumphant return to the multifamily industry, quickly ascending the corporate ladder. It was during this ascent that he realized his deep love for community, digital marketing, the desire to achieve even more, and honestly, black women. From this passion, John-David birthed Q-Unleashed, a testament to his dedication to leaving a positive lasting impact and spreading HAppy HAennings all over the world.
